Procal is looking for two enthusiastic Years 11 and 12 students to join this innovative company to work in Administration in Quality Assurance and Distribution. it is a family owned and operated dairy company. Procal sources its milk from farms located among the clean green fields of country Victoria. Cows graze on the lush pastures, fed by rich soils and abundant rainfall. Procal strives to minimise the environmental impact of everything they do. They operate a strict in-house recycling program, substantially reducing the amount of waste the company contributes to landfill.

In addition, Procal Dairies introduced Australia’s first back to base recycling program, comprising their wholesale customers returning their used bottles via its distribution network. The success of this program has enabled Procal to collect and recycle approximately 40% of all the bottles it sells.

- An understanding of warehouse and logistics processes and procedures

Typical Tasks & Duties

Some of the tasks and duties that will be required to be undertaken by students include:

As an admin assistant the students will be supporting communications with suppliers, and general help with administrative tasks at Procal, located in Campbellfield. Administrative duties may include filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. The student will exhibit polite and professional communication on the phone, or emails.

Student Requirements

The student must be good with numeracy and literacy, able to follow instructions and work safely. They will be willing to seek assistance from their supervisor as required. The student should be able to work in a team, have good communication skills and the ability to travel and work independently.

Dress Requirements

The student must wear comfortable clothing and comfortable non-slip closed toes shoes.
