This opportunity provides students with a Sport & Rec-industry placement with Kelly Sports Greater Ballarat. Kelly Sports programs provide a range of fun and stimulating programmes that develop children’s fundamental sporting skills in an environment that encourages children to give sport a go. Programs during school term are run on primary school campuses, and a holiday program is run during school holidays at Eastwood Leisure Centre. Typical Tasks & Duties

Students on placement will assist Sports Coach, and assist with the planning, preparation & facilitation of sports programs in primary schools and pre-schools across the Ballarat region.
Tasks may include:
* Set up and pack down of equipment;
* Interacting with customers (internal and external);
* Assisting in the day to day tasks of the business

Student Requirements

Students aged 16+ will require a volunteer Working With Children's Check. Students seeking these opportunities are required to have a meet-and-greet interview with manager Dom Swinton.
