Typical Tasks & Duties
Strong customer service is a primary attribute of a Food and Beverages Attendant. Your strong communication skills will shine through in this role by delivering service experience from excellent customer service, having knowledge of food and safety requirements and everything in between. The student will be involved in a wide variety of tasks and some may include:
Set up tables for dining guests
Meet and greet guests as they enter Woodlands Restaurant and Bar
Make coffee
Room Service orders and delivery
Setting up for conferences and other events
General cleaning and maintenance of the dining and general spaces within the hotel
Ensuring provision of service in a timely, efficient and polite manner.
Student Requirements
An interest in hospitality and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
A friendly and positive demeanor with attention to detail and an ability to respond to the changing nature of service times in a hotel environment.
Dress Requirements
Black shirt and pants, closed toe shoes. Please discuss in further detail with Sonia.
