Typical Tasks & Duties

• Work with wait staff to assist them delivering food and/or drinks to
tables
• Communicate with guests when delivering food to their table
• Liaise with Kitchen Staff on food requirements
• Clean up tables throughout service
• Clean and re set tables once guests leave
• Polish cutlery
• Assist setting up the venue for an event
• Assist bringing out large quantities of food and drinks for events
• Table cloth event set ups
• Set tables
• Sweep restaurant
• Remove rubbish
• Safe food handling
• Direct any customer enquiries to the right staff

Student Requirements

Good communication skills
