Typical Tasks & Duties

- Keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and visually appealing for customers
- Restocking shelves and organising backroom storage
- Greeting and assisting customers with plant selection and care advice
- Providing information about product use and setup ideas
- Operating the POS/register system and handling transactions
- Watering, misting terrariums and display plants

Student Requirements

- A genuine interest in retail, plants and horticulture.
- Friendly, helpful attitude with good communication skills
- Experience in retail in preferred, but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
