Students Tasks may include:

* maintaining a clean work environment
* prepare and present simple dishes
* prepare stocks & sauces
* communicating with wait-staff and chefs
Student Requirements
Students need to have an interest in the hospitality industry and be prepared to work broken shifts.
Students will need to submit a resume to the manager of the Bull and Mouth Hotel prior to placement.
Students are required to follow instructions and be respectful of staff and customers.
Dress Requirements
Students to wear black pants, black shirt and closed toed shoes. Hair to be tied back if long and minimal jewellery.
