Aged care assistant
Medical and Aged Care Group

At MACG they believe in providing the best environment for their aged care residents. All their aged care homes create a warm and welcoming atmosphere as well as providing a high standard of care. Their 24 hour care teams are qualified and passionate, ensuring safety and wellbeing for their residents at all times. Everything they do is based on family values. Their mission is to build strong relationships with their residents and strong links to their local communities. That's why their homes have fewer beds than the average aged care facility. At MACG, unlike other aged care companies ,they focus on creating a close know and homelike environment. They have one more exciting attraction, unlike other homes, they have a robot that chats with their residents. This is a fantastic place to start your career in health and community services!
