We are looking for volunteers to support the South East Running Festival on Sunday, 19 April 2026, at Dandenong Stadium.

This opportunity is ideal for anyone seeking hands-on experience in event coordination, administration, or documentation management

Volunteers are needed from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, and partial shifts are welcome — we can accommodate your schedule!
• Assisting with volunteer documentation and check-in
• Supporting registration and record-keeping
• Helping with setup and pack-down
• Coordinating volunteer teams and ensuring smooth operations

As a thank you, volunteers will receive:

✅ 2 weeks of free gym & aquatic membership access at Dandenong Oasis and Noble Park Aquatic Centre
✅ A certificate of appreciation
✅ Refreshments on the day

Student Requirements

•No prior experience required.
•Good communication skills.
•Comfortable working outdoors.
•Ability to follow instructions.
•Current Working with Children Employee Check (Volunteer).

Dress Requirements

•Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
•Sturdy shoes.
•Volunteer shirt provided.
•Hats, sunscreen, and water bottles are recommended.

Special Transport Requirements

Dandenong Stadium is accessible by public transport, including bus and train services.
