Skills You Might Learn

Students will gain a great understanding of the day-to-day running of a vineyard, as well as skills essential for hospitality work, such as customer service, food preparation, taking orders and processing payments.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Students will assist the staff with typical groundskeeping work in and around the vineyard. Students will also have the ability to experience working in the restaurant, serving customers, processing transactions, running food and drinks as well as clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness.

Student Requirements

Students are required to listen and do as directed.

Dress Requirements

Students are to wear clean smart casual clothes with enclosed shoes
