Skills You Might Learn

Students will have the opportunity to gain skills in customer service, working in a team, communicating with business stakeholders such as suppliers, stock management, handling money, working safely in a warehouse and store environment, and much more.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Typical tasks may include serving customers and assisting with product requests, assisting and observing with customer accounts and invoices, ordering and receiving stock, communicating with suppliers, processing warehouse inventory, organising stock in both the warehouse and store, and general cleaning and maintenance of both areas.

Student Requirements

Students must demonstrate a keen interest and be prompt, trustworthy and courteous
