A fantasitc opportunity to work with a friendly team in a beautiful old blue stone building by the plenty river. Stuat (Manager) is willing to take on and train a motivated and hard working student keen on learning all aspects of hospitality from the kitchen to the restaurant floor. You will have the opprtunity to make coffee, (require barista course), liaise with customers, basic food preparation, wating on tables, take food and beverage orders. With a team of 4 full time and 5 part time staff you will be fully immersed in all aspects of hospitality within a first class restaurant environment.

Typical Tasks & Duties
Depending on initiative you may be undertaking all tasks with regards to running and maintaining a successful cafe. You will be required to take direction from Stuart (Manager). You will be required to clean the restaurant at the end of each shift. With the right initiative Stuart will have you taking orders, making coffee and liaising with customers and suppliers.
Well presented. Friendly and hard working. Must have a keen interest in people and hospitality. Be able to communicate effectively. Attention to detail in all aspects of your work practice. Ability to focus and stay calm under pressure.
Neat black attire. Nonslip shoes.
