Situated opposite the Historic Echuca Wharf in the heart of the Port Precinct, The Stare Hotel runs through from High St to Murray Esp. The Star Hotel has been recently renovated in the style of a historic building but with a contemporary inspired art house fit out.
The Star Hotel has three areas:
• Public Bar off Murray Esp.
• Internal Courtyard
• Wine Bar & Café off High St

Typical Tasks & Duties
Student tasks may include but are not limited to:
Ensure friendly & professional customer service at all times
Setup and mise en place of kitchen
Communicate and liaise with team members
Food preparation as instructed
Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures
Provide general assistance in cleaning, as directed
Ability to work in a team based environment
Able to work a flexible roster including morning, mid or afternoon where necessary
Work according to policies and procedures
Student Requirements

Dress Requirements
Must have closed toe shoes. Student to discuss uniform requirements with Employer.
