The Gannawarra Shire Children's Centre is a non-profit childcare service operated by Gannawarra Shire Council for children from birth to school age. The Centre is approved by the Department of Education and Training as a 133-place long day care centre.

Typical Tasks & Duties

- Supervise children and engage them in age-appropriate activities.
- Assist in recording information about children’s development, behaviour and progress, and communicate this to their parents, carers and other professionals who may be involved in the child’s life.
- Maintain a clean, healthy and educational environment for children to play and learn in.

Student Requirements

Student must have completed their OH & S modules.
