Student tasks include to observe and work with various experienced hospitality staff in the service of food and beverages to patrons. It may include the taking of orders, cleaning and set up of tables, some food preparation and customer service

Student Requirements

Dress Requirements

Students should wear neat casual clothing and non slip closed toe shoes, floor staff wear vertical striped shirts. Hair must be tied back, aprons will be provided.
