Your position would be to work alongside the Rubicon Hotels Head Chef Paul Hallow. You will be given Hospitality training with general cooking knowledge and knife skills. Working within a diverse team and learning all the necessary skills you may need to obtain while working in a kitchen environment.

To show up and be professional and work alongside the Head Chef

Checking the cleaning duties that are required by the food and safety handling ACT
Student Requirements
To answer to the supervisor and Head Chef
Learn as much as possible and hold a positive and professional manner at all times
Dress Requirements
Neat tidy with closed shoes
