Typical Tasks & Duties
Your tasks may include:
• Social Media and Website support
• Marketing, designing posters etc
• A place on the planning committee
• Assist with Program Development
• Attendance on the day of the event to support, ticketing/greeting/support role to Artists/catering support
You must have a genuine interest in in Event Services and pocess good IT skills. You will have opportunity to join the planning committee for the “Music in the Vines” event which is scheduled to be held on Saturday 5/2/2022.
You will need to be adaptable given daily tasks will vary as weather and season will determine the priority of tasks at hand in this small family run business.
You must be able to self-motivate and work independently on tasks instructed therefore require good listening and communication skills.
Neat casual and tidy presentation.
Special Transport Requirements
Must be able to organise own transport to and from MacArthur. Travel Arrangement form to be signed prior to commencement of placement as travel on the property may be required
