Rochester Community House is a community resource that strives to provide a place where people in the area find new friendships, new interests and links in the area. Rochester Community House is governed by a committee of management consisting of up to 11 members of the local community and provides a warm and supportive workplace.

Typical Tasks & Duties
Typical tasks and duties may include but not limited to:
Working alongside adults with disabilities
Helping adults complete different tasks
Doing/assisting with craft activities with the adults
Assisting other volunteers and teachers
Assisting various levels of abilities with the adults
Student Requirements
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and have entry level computer skills. Must enjoy using Social Media to promote programs, develop news feeds and promote Community Programs. Must be able to work with a diverse group of volunteers and paid staff in a community program environment.
Dress Requirements
Well groomed and neat, office attire.
Special Transport Requirements
Student to make own transportation arrangements.
