You will work with industry professionals as a salon assistant, to assist with the general running of the salon. This is a small knit team who will provide a supportive learning environment, and may even take you on as an apprentice.

Typical Tasks & Duties

As a salon assistant you will carry out the following: - Meet and greet customers - Assist professional stylists - Maintain general upkeep of the salon and its facilities - Provide high levels of customer service.

Students are not expected to have particular skills, but will need to be: keen, willing to learn, ready to develop your skill. You will also need to be: punctual, well presented, well groomed and well spoken.

Dress Requirements

Neat, modern, clean, and hair must be styled.

Accessible by public transport. 10 Minute walk from South Yarra or Prahran station.
