Typical Tasks & Duties
Typical tasks and duties may include but not limited to; Reception - answering telephones, filing, letting staff know when clients have arrived and basic data entry. For the remaining departments involved in the placement, it will be a matter of shadowing the staff and learning what is involved in that career option. You will undertake tasks specific to that vocation, this may include data entry and using software that is industry specific.
Student Requirements
The student is required to have an interest in pursuing the finance industry as a career option. They should be studying business as part of their VET studies, be confident using computers and willing to listen and observe. the student bring a packed lunch, there is a café in walking distance.
Dress Requirements
Neat casual business attire should be worn, with closed in black shoes.
