Ray White Rochester have an exciting opportunity for a student to undertake a Sales Traineeship. The traineeship inlcudes on the job training, mentoring, industry skills and an opportunity to learn about all areas of the Real Estate industry. The student will develop great customer service skills and work with the latest technology. This exciting opportunity will head towards a Certificate II in Retail Services or Business Administration.

Typical Tasks & Duties

During your the traineeship, the student will:
Observe the sales process by assisting sales representatives in acquiring new business
Practice and test sales strategies by assisting new and existing clients
Maintain and develop relationships with clients
Assist customers
Provide additional administrative support to sales representatives

Student Requirements

The student must be able to follow instructions and work safely. They will be seeking assistance from their Manager as required. The student should be able to work in a team and have good communication skills.
