This placement will enable you to assist with providing dedicated customer service support as well as administration support to the Client Service Centre, Skills and Employment hubs and nominated Education Operations at this central-Shepparton campus. Typical Tasks & Duties
Typical tasks and duties will include but not limited to, face to face customer service, call centre, managing enquiries and onboarding new students
Student Requirements
This opportunity will involve many interactions with customers, it would be an advantage if the student has an outgoing and confident nature, but is not a requirement. Students are expected to treat all customers equally and with respect, they must adhere to confidentiality requirements of the business and restrict phone use to break times only.

The student is required to wear neat business attire.
