Princes Court Homes have a fantastic opportunity for students commence their career in the Aged care industry in an administration role. This will develop communication, computer and organisational skills within a aged care organisation! This professional office environment will give experience in many aspects of a aged care business administration role whilst making a contribution to the day-to-day operation of the organisation.

Typical Tasks & Duties

Students will gain hands-on experience across aspects of the organisation.
This SWL will provide you with a range of opportunities to develop your administration skills while working alongside experienced disability industry professionals.

Student Requirements

Whilst the students are attending their SWL placement they are expected to:
Dress appropriately
Maintain interest and participate in work duties
Be punctual
Follow management instructions
Act in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements
Work within the team
Listen and take advice from fellow workers
Keep a note pad and pen handy to take notes for their own reference
Take their Log Book to the work placement every day.

Dress Requirements

Neat casual business atire is required and closed footwear must be worn. Please do not wear clothing which others may find offensive.

Special Transport Requirements

Students to check bus transport availability and or speak to parents/carer to organise transport prior to contacting employer.
